These are each a female quick-release clip common to the FLEX System, attached to a 1-inch webbing with a loop at the opposite end.

This loop is intended to slip onto the curved prong of a D3 CLIP an allow you to then attach a MAIN HANDLE or a SHOULDER STRAP.
