Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, and complies with US law.
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request the returns, within 14 days, counted from the date of delivery of your product. In these cases, you will get a full refund, discounting shipping and handling charges.

Product Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same packaged, wrapped, and labeled condition that you received it. You must keep each piece in its original packaging.

Refund Procedure: Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you that we have received your item and it will undergo an inspection to check if it meets the return conditions. After inspecting the item, we will notify you immediately about the result of the inspection, indicating the status of your product and refund details. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund delay time will depend on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges: Making an exchange is possible, for this you must carry out the refund procedure and then make the purchase through a new order. eShop.Aero does not guarantee the stock of the product once the return has been made.

Shipments: The user will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and associated expenses to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and other associated costs, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
- Exceptions: The following items are not exchangeable or refundable:
- Gift cards redeemable for eShop. Aero’s products or services.
- Downloadable Software Products.
- Services offered on eShop.Aero.
- Any item that is not in its original sale condition, that is, unused, and with its original labeling and packaging, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to the seller.
- Any item that is returned outside the 14-day period from the date of delivery of the product.
