Below you will find conditions related to shipments and their rates.

  1. Shipping Zones and Rates: We currently ship to the United States and to all countries or persons that do not have any governmental limitations or prohibitions. We offer shipping on all orders. Shipping rates will vary depending on the weight, volume and destination of the package.

  2. Processing times: Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days, except for weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping information.

  3. Shipping methods: We offer several shipping options for your convenience. These services depend on the offers available and conditions from the shipping company. We are not  responsible for delays, losses or damages causes by the carrier or companies involved in the delivery of the product and/or to conditions of force majeure or fortuitous events that are beyond the control of our page.

  4. Delivery times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  5. Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

  6. International delivery: International shipments are subject to international and customs expenses, which will be borne by the buyer. Eshop.Aero is not responsible for the amounts that are assigned in each destination.

  7. Restrictions of Shipment: We cannot ship to P.O. or, boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to certain states or territories due to legal restrictions or restrictions legal of certain products.

  8. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will do everything we can to help you in this process.
