The QT200 Installation Spacer Tool Kit is a fixture that simplifies Quickrax rail alignment and spacing. This tool is used to fixture Quickrax avionics rails to the instrument panel for alignment drilling the hardware attach points.

Kits contain two (2) of these spacers designed to automatically center and square rails spaced at the optimum 6.30" ID along a 6.25" instrument panel avionics bay cutout for rear (standard) mount rails such as the QP1020 and QP1120 rails. It can also be configured to fixture Quickrax face mount rails such as the QP1050.

For standard mount rails, the .025" offset built into the QT200 Installation Spacer precisely centers Quickrax rails spaced at the optimum 6.30" width behind a standard 6.25" avionics bay cutout.
