The RG-390E/30 is FAA TSO-C173a authorized, and STCed for the Cessna 510 Mustang with a 30-ampere hour drop over the OEM battery and 5 pounds lighter. The enhanced plate design and PolyGuard separator system allows the inspection interval to be extended to an initial inspection at 12 months or 1000 hours, and subsequent capacity tests at six months or 500 hours.
