ASL OAT Sensor A200-TSA

The A200-TSA is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning and an operating temperature of -50°C to 150°C. It has an accuracy of +/- 0.5°C over the full operating range.

The output voltage is proportional to the temperature x the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.

The temperature transfer function is:
VOUT = (V+/5 V) × [1.375 V +(22.5 mV/°C) × TA]

Supplied with a 48" color coded cable.
