Replaces the Textron (Beechcraft) 4A16122-037 tab washer

This tab washer is used on BeechJet 400A and 400T models to secure the flap roller bolt. When used in conjunction with the PMA Products, Inc. Global Alternative Method of Compliance (Global AMOC), it can also be used to comply with AD 96-25-03.
